Topanga Management has over 30 years experience in the development and management of student-housing communities throughout the United States. We currently manage over 2,800 bedrooms on four properties located in Fresno (CA), Fort Collins (CO), Eugene (OR) and San Antonio (TX). Our goal is to provide a quality living environment to the students of nearby colleges and universities - a clean, safe environment that allows students to unwind from the stress of school in a place they can call their own!
