Topanga Management has over 40 years experience in the development and management of student-housing communities throughout the western United States. We currently manage over 1,600 bedrooms on four properties located in Fresno (CA) and Eugene (OR) and Boise (ID). Our goal is to provide a quality living environment to the students of nearby colleges and universities - a clean, safe environment that allows students to unwind from the stress of school in a place they can call their own!
